My new TV directing series "Kawaii Bento" episode aired on Fujisankei NY this morning, and the online version is now up! Until now, I have come up with my own recipes, but since next month is Valentine's Day, I asked my friends Rachel and Jun (the cutest, sweetest couple ever!!) to collaborate.<3 This is a healthy & delicious Japanese-style salad that Jun came up with for Rachel!
